Sesame Chicken for Slow Cooker
A definite keeper!!!! Very easy to do and had all the ingredients at home! Followed the recipe pretty much as as written (changes were--->a little extra onion flakes, garlic powder and little less soy sauce). Husband, 21 year old son and myself loved it!!! None of us thought it was too sweet; as an onion lover, I think I'll put a bit more onion in next time. Chicken cooked in ~3 hours in my crock pot; sauce thickened up in about 5 minutes.

Honey-Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs
Mixed reviews on this recipe between my husband and me. He would give this recipe a 5; I give it a 2. My reason for a 2 is the very salty soy sauce taste; I am not a big soy sauce fan, while he is. It had too much soy sauce taste for me. I loved the ease of making it! The house smelled great as it cooked. I did not have chicken thighs and used breast meat; I do think it would have been better with thighs as it did not have that 'melt in your mouth' consistency with breast meat. We had it with white rice. I gave some of my chicken to my husband and then mixed the sauce still left into the rice and it cut down on the soy sauce flavor a lot for me. I would probably make this again since my husband really liked it.

Easy Meatloaf
Excellent! Very moist, which I was very impressed and happy with! First time my son, age 20, said he loved the meatloaf and he did not ever remember it tasting so good. I didn't make the topping as I thought he would think it was too sweet. Meatloaf was on the bland side so spice it up more if you want to. My family was ok with it not being super jazzed up. I did use the dry minced onions as I did not have the time to fix fresh onions. Definitely a keeper!
