David's Yellow Cake

I was really hoping for a yellow cake that tastes better than a box one. (I even used organic European butter). I did what some of the others did and used 4 whole eggs instead of 8 yolks. Maybe that is the difference. ?? I also wish I had baked it only 20 minutes instead of 25. It came out well, was easy to frost, and looked delicious. But it just wasn't as moist and overall as delicious as I would have hoped. I don't know if I will bake it again. I just don't think it was worth the effort.
