Rhubarb Cake I

LOVE IT. I double the rhubarb to 4 cups, and the anti-rhubarb people I know still like it. Yum.

Beef and Biscuit

I made a batch of Bisquick biscuit dough, rolled it out, and put solid sheets of dough on the bottom and top of this casserole. It was good, and I think we'll try it next time with shredded chicken. Plain yogurt instead of sour cream would be an easy way to cut some of the fat.
