Baked Fennel with Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2008
This was so easy and delicious! I added some chopped fresh garlic to the fennel while it was being sauteed. I also found it easier to core the fennel buy cutting the bulb in half first. Great side dish!

This worked perfectly. I used 8 cloves of garlic to add more flavor. The chicken was totally juicy!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
The muffin tins were a great idea! This recipe worked out perfectly. I did top it with a cream cheese frosting, though :)

This was great. Totally simple. Great sesame flavor. I marinated the chicken wings and thighs for 24 hours, and the meat was totally tender.

Beef Marinade I

Reviewed: May 3, 2007
This was fantastic and a big hit at a big bbq that I hosted. I used it on thick pork ribs, and everyone loved it! I did not add the cloves as that was not the flavor I was looking for. I marinated the ribs for 24 hours and the meat was totally tender. Delicious!

Sangria! Sangria!

Reviewed: May 3, 2007
I made two batches - one with club soda and one without. I think that I liked it better with the club soda. I think it could have used more brandy, and I was glad that I didn't add the sugar! It was really good!

Skillet Chops with Mushroom Gravy

Reviewed: May 3, 2007
I started making this before I realized that I didn't have a can of cream of mushroom soup in the house. I made do with some milk and flour, but the bread crumbs with Parmesan was a great idea!

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2006
This recipe introduced me to a hash-brown technique that I was unfamiliar with. I think that they are a little greasy. After I take them out of the pan, I try to blot them with paper towels. It helps a little.

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2006
I make this dish ofetn. It's so easy, but tastes exotic. I add different ingredients to it depending on what I have in the house - bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, baby corn, chicken...I also skip the honey.

Asparagus and Mushroom Frittata

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2004
I made it without mushrooms (just because I didn't have them in the house) and it was delicious!
