Chicken Fiesta Salad

Easy and excellent! The salad is perfect without these additions, but I added a couple of my favorites - fresh cilantro to the bean & corn mixture and avocado. My family and I really enjoyed this salad. Thank you for the recipe!

Roquefort Pear Salad

Perfect start to our Christmas dinner which also included the beef tenderloin with shallots from this site. I changed nothing in either recipe, and my efforts were rewarded with repeated compliments. The salad is probably the most unique and delicious salad I've ever made.

Ultimate Party Meatballs

used costcos's Italian meatballs and was feeling guilty that my contribution to my husband's company Christmas party was so simple to make. was pleasantly surprised when he came home with an empty crockpot and said that even with all the fancy food, people loved the meatballs! thanks for a very good & simple recipe!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

I've made this fudge many times and it's still my fav! Recently I made it twice and it didn't mix together as smoothly or have that nice sheen I'm use to. The only thing I did differently was use the store brand marshmallow creme - won't be using it again.

Pumpkin Bread IV

I've finally made a loaf of bread I'm proud to share with neighbors! Based on reviews, I too cut the oil back to 1 cup and added 1/2 cup applesauce. Perfect texture and very delicious. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

A very tasty, attractive cookie. Certainly not necessary, but I smoothed out the ridges of the peanut butter cup by giving it a gentle twist after inserting into the baked cookie.

Snowballs

Delicious cookie. In an effort to preserve the round shape, I too put mine in the frige prior to baking - they still came out mound shaped. Covered with powdered sugar, they look more like igloos than snow balls, so that's what I'm going to call mine. Thanks for a great cookie recipe.

Apple, Cranberry, and Pear Crisp

I resisted the temptation to add spice to the fruit mix because I prefer to first try a recipe as written - so glad I followed the recipe! The flavor of the fruit combo was simple yet pure - so enjoyable. Can't really speak to the type of apple or pear - wrote it down as stated, but hard to discern what my husband brought home from the store. Regardless, we thank you for this delectable recipe, Barb.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Excellent! So simple and per other reviews, did add 1 Tbs. of liquid smoke. The flavor of the meat was sooo good, that I reluctantly mixed it with bbq sauce. Delicious either way. Thanks Sarge!

Best Bread Machine Bread

So disheartened! First time, the bread didn't rise - realized I didn't use 'bread maker' yeast. 2nd time, even with 'bread maker' yeast, it didn't rise. Obviously, I'm the exception to the bullet and idiot proof comments but would greatly appreciate any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong. Thank you!
