Carrot Cake III

This was the first carrot cake I ever made. I made it for my mom who loves carrot cakes and it was wonderful! Frosting is just delicious too.

American Potato Salad

D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S !! I brought this salad to a 4th of July cookout and everyone loved it. I did omit the onion (kept the green onions) and added a little mustard. It's my new favorite.

I have been looking for the PERFECT sugar cookie recipe and THIS IS IT! I always have a hard time with sugar cookies but this dough was easy to work with and the cookies are very soft. My kids absolutely loved them and I'm sure my Easter guests will too.
