I make a very similar salad that everyone in my family loves. I omit the sesame seeds and paprika and add one cucumber, peeled/seeded/very thinly sliced, and chopped red onion. Also, for the dressing, I add 2 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice and refrigerate overnight.
