Martha's Magic Meat Rub Pork Roast

Really good. I made an 8lb bone-i roast, and doubled the quantities here. Don't have a grill, so put it in the oven (covered with foil) at 350F for about 2.5 hours (til the internal temp was 160ish). Came out moist, tender and really tasty.

Baked Fresh Cherry Pie

Fabulous and easy. If I could give it ten stars I would; using the fresh sour cherries gave a tart/sweet taste that was not cloying like some cherry pies can be. My husband of 25 years said it was the best cherry pie he'd ever had!

Brunch Potato Casserole

Chicken Piccata II

I doubled the sauce, but didn't take out the chicken prior to making the sauce as others suggested. (I thought the chicken would be too dry that way.) I thought it came out just fine the way the recipe was written, and the chicken was nice and tender.

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Broiled Salmon

This was wonderful. I had a very thick salmon fillet and it took alot longer than this to cook, like fifteen minutes and the center was still not done. Nonetheless the butter sauce was terrific
