Juicy Roasted Chicken

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Broiled Salmon

This was wonderful. I had a very thick salmon fillet and it took alot longer than this to cook, like fifteen minutes and the center was still not done. Nonetheless the butter sauce was terrific

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Kids liked it. Only served four of us, with two helpings each. Used an oil pastry homemade crust. Put in extra peas since we didnt have carrots.

Brunch Potato Casserole

It was easy enough to make. I used frozen bagged hash brown potatoes to make up some time. The flavor was good but not to die for. Will look for another potato casserole recipe.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I followed the suggestion of using chicken broth instead of water. I didn't think it came out thick enough, so will modify accordingly next time. Also I threw in some peas; that worked pretty well.
