What I loved about this recipe was its simplicity, flavor, and I always have the available ingredients on hand. What I didn't like was the salt, which is inherent in the steak seasoning. For a two pound roast, I cut the ingredients in half and it was plenty of marinade. Also, because of the salt, I recommend marinating for only 1-2 hours. Definitely use a meat thermometer and take it out a bit early because it will continue to cook. (Mine was a bit overdone.) Next time I will cut the amount of steak seasoning and this should be perfect! Thanks for sharing!
