I only like Artichokes fried, and yet this recipe was so yummy! I made it exactly as directed and my husband and I could not get enough. Thank you for posting it, we will certainly make this again. It even looks wonderful on the plate and so decadent to eat!

Szechwan Shrimp
My husband loved it. The first time I made it I did not have honey on hand, so I used 2 packets of Sugar in the Raw. All I added was a teaspoon of hot sauce. I just made it last night with honey and both ays were very comparable. I will make this again for sure,thanks.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
OMG it was wonderful! I did not change a thing! It really made the chicken succulent! The sauce really made it! In fact days later, I took Flounder and baked it with a little butter,dill and lemon pepper seasoning, and then made the sauce as it was in the recipe and spooned it on top of the baked flounder. My husband said it was the best flounder he ever had,definitely restaurant quality! thank you!
