Orange Sponge Cake

I have not made many sponge cakes before, so not sure if this is due to a lack of experience. My sponge cake turned out pretty hard... otherwise taste-wise is fine.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Too much sugar for my liking. Based on previous experience, I usually have to cut the sugar down by at least a 1/3. And I prefer my cookies crunchier, so I left it in the oven longer.
