Loved it!!! I can't afford the $8 to get 1/2 lb. of Portobello mushrooms at our local mkt. Nor can I afford the extra-virgin olive oil. And our small town grocery store didn't carry grated Romano. So I made with regular, cheap mushrooms, Canola oil, and parm/romano blend cheese. I'm sure the correct ingredients would have made this better, however, we loved this in spite of the changes I made. I had to promise that the next time shrimp goes on sale.....I will make it. Thank You, for sharing!!
