Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2014
Simply Deelish.!!!! Unlike others who altered this highly ranked recipe I did NOT. I followed the instructions exactly as listed and the result was out of this world. It is def not too salty or sweet, simply put its perfect as is. I did make extra sauce though, and simply doubled the ingredients. It turned out great. My wife, and two fussy daughters had seconds and said it was excellent. I will def add this to may favorite meals list. Easy to prepare and clean up, as I lined the baking dish with foil first. Would not change the 425F temp as it helped crisp up the chicken tighs at the end....they were tender inside and fell apart when served. A++++.

Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2013
Unlike others who have added or changed this recipe even slightly, I followed it exactly. I used a 5lb chef style bone in rib roast and halved the rub recipe. I must say it was ny first rib roast ever and it was AMAZING.!!!! It is hard when you buy an expensive piece of meat and don't want to mess it up. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone who wants to do it right the first time. The cooking times were spot on, and there was no smoke whatsoever searing it at 500F. If was perfect for moi as I must have been a vampire in a past life, but for my blood wary family thd next time I will cook of longer at 325 to at least medium so I don't have to hear about the red yummy goodness. As is, the recipe produced delicious, tender, and restaurant quality at home. I will def make this again. Perfect to entertain and impress. A++++.!!!!!

The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2012
Search No More.!!!! This is simply the best meatloaf I've ever made....hands down. Increased onion to 1 cup; added 1/2 green pepper and 1/2 red pepper diced; did NOT add the milk (it didnt need it); to the fiinishing sauce I added 2 tablespoons worcestershire 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon mustard. Cookings times were spot on. Covered with foil and let sit for 10mins before cutting. WOW.!!!! It was perfect and definitely earned its title.
