Beef Stroganoff III
Tried it for the first time this evening and it was absolutely delicious. The only thing I changed was the white wine as I didn't have any on hand. Used White Zinfandel instead and it turned out perfect. The whole family loves it and I will definitely be making it again. Thanks for the great recipe. I love this website and is the only one I use for my searches. GO BRUINS.!!!!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Simply Deelish.!!!! Unlike others who altered this highly ranked recipe I did NOT. I followed the instructions exactly as listed and the result was out of this world. It is def not too salty or sweet, simply put its perfect as is. I did make extra sauce though, and simply doubled the ingredients. It turned out great. My wife, and two fussy daughters had seconds and said it was excellent. I will def add this to may favorite meals list. Easy to prepare and clean up, as I lined the baking dish with foil first. Would not change the 425F temp as it helped crisp up the chicken tighs at the end....they were tender inside and fell apart when served. A++++.

Garlic Prime Rib
Unlike others who have added or changed this recipe even slightly, I followed it exactly. I used a 5lb chef style bone in rib roast and halved the rub recipe. I must say it was ny first rib roast ever and it was AMAZING.!!!! It is hard when you buy an expensive piece of meat and don't want to mess it up. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone who wants to do it right the first time. The cooking times were spot on, and there was no smoke whatsoever searing it at 500F. If was perfect for moi as I must have been a vampire in a past life, but for my blood wary family thd next time I will cook of longer at 325 to at least medium so I don't have to hear about the red yummy goodness. As is, the recipe produced delicious, tender, and restaurant quality at home. I will def make this again. Perfect to entertain and impress. A++++.!!!!!
