Love this recipe. I've made biscuits just about every weekend with this recipe and they always turn out great. I use butter instead of shortening and almond milk instead of regular dairy milk. Like others have said, do not knead the dough. I simply mix a few times, just until all of the ingredients are combined, then I flaten it out by hand and cut my shapes. Excellent!
