My life is complete! Found the perfect recipes for tirumisu. I did this in a 13x9 pan and it filled it just nice. I let it stand for one day cos I could not wait for another day. Also, dip the cookies fast. Don't let it soak/drown or whatever. Do a quick dip so that it wont be soggy overall. For me, I had to triple the coffee liquor as I used more cookies. :D I could eat the whole tray worth of tirumisu myself.... omg thanks christine!

Best Brownies

Whoever hates this brownie or says its too cake like are DEFINATELY doing it wrong! I love the texture of it! Just perfect. I have done it so many times and once accidentally added plain flour instead of all purpose.. didn't turn out the same! Will never forget that. I have done plain brownies.. added chopped walnuts before ( less dense ) and I wanna try pouring in white chocolate chips the next time. It is perfect without the frosting. When checking its doneness... don't wait for a clean toothpick.. that means it will taste cakey. It should be a little wet.. but no crumbs.. Take it out and leave it to cool well.. Don't be tempted to turn it over blah blahblahh... JUST LET THIS COOL WELL TILL THE PAN IS NO LONGER WARM and turn it over.. IT WILL BE WORTH IT. In my opinion... frosting is redundant. I don't see why you need it. Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream.. its a bomdiggity! :D

Carrot Cake III

THIS IS THE BEST CARROT CAKE EVER! I used walnuts instead of pecans.. chopped them up nicely and topped the cream cheese with walnuts for every small square I cut. My family loves this and I am doing this again for my churchs' fun fair! Only difference is that I used 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar. Added 2 more tsps of cinnamon for a spicy cake! Don't hesitate to try it and if the top is getting burnt before it's done, cover with aluminium foil and you will be fine!
