Zucchini Pizza Bake

The original sauce was BLAND, but I perked it up with garlic, a touch of brown sugar, salt, and oregano. It was fantastic. I also added garlic to the "crust", and it came out great. I cooked it on "convection" to firm up the top of the "crust" a little. (5 stars with my changes, 4 for the original recipe because I would not have thought to do this) My family loooooved this, and it will go into our regular rotation. I topped with olives & pepperoni.

Fried Empanadas

I did alter this recipe heavily - sorry... I used the dough recipe, using margarine in place of shortening, and that was fantastic. I didn't have the spices - I used the rest to make taco seasoning - so I used my taco seasoning instead! I used chopped onion and green peppers. It was sooooo good. My father who NEVER eats meals had 3 of these!!! He also asked that any leftovers be put away for him. I'm still in shock! There is no better compliment! The rest of us used sour cream and/or salsa to top them. Oh sooo good. Thank you so much for this base recipe!

Tater Tot Casserole II

I followed the other reviews and added an extra cup of cheese and ground beef to make it a meal. I mixed the browned and spiced up ground beef with the soup, cheese and sour cream and topped it with a little extra cheese before putting the French fried onions on. It was a big hit. Everyone licked their plates clean. Thanks for this recipe!

Boiled Bagels

Thank you!!!!! We're expecting our second baby, and the biggest craving so far came along last night. Our favorite bakery didn't open in time for us to get there, so I made these. I made them into "everything" bagels by adding the toppings before baking. Amazing! They were so good... And so easy... I may never spend $11 for a dozen bagels again! This weekend, I will probably make some cinnamon raisin bagels using this recipe, too. :)
