I have a toddler, a baby, and another baby on the way (2 under 2, to become 3 under 2 1/2). My family eats VERY healthy - no wheat, limited grains, LOTS of fresh produce, and very light on the sugar and substitutes. Also, NO processed foods in my house anymore. I cook everything from scratch, which is WAY different than I was taught in professional kitchens and culinary school. But, we're in the best health of our lives, getting my parents off of their diabetes medications, preventing diabetes for ourselves, and giving our children the best start.
