This turned out awesome and was VERY easy to make as well. Didnt have the Italian dressing so I used a Rasberry Vinegrette. Also, read about the runny consistancy at the end by a few viewers so I made sure my chicken WAS thawed, but after it was done there was still alot of juice. So, since I made this ahead of time, I seperated the meat from the juice and when it came time to eat the next day, I just added it all to a pan on the stove and added about a cup or so of just the BBQ sauce I used, which was Sweet Baby Rays, and it turned out AWESOME!
