Chickpea Curry
This was awesome! I made it pretty much as is... I omitted the ground coriander and cilantro, as I don't like the taste. Also, I used about 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon as I didn't have a stick. With the chickpeas, you can also drain them and add the liquid as needed to control your consistency. It has some kick with the cayenne pepper and my husband, who was reluctant, loved it.

Almond Buttercrunch Candy II
This is delicious! I made it and really impressed my mother-in-law. I would cut the crushed almonds in half though, as they didn't stick to my butter mixture, but rather stayed in the bottom of the pan for the most part. Also, it takes a lot longer than 5 minutes, but just keep stirring and you will get there. Absolutely delicious and just like almond roca!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
My favourite! This is one we make often. I follow the recipe for the most part, but add one tablespoon of Bisto right at the beginning. I also omit the potatoes, and serve it on top of mashed potatoes. This way you can add more meat and veggies if you want to, or make it in a small crock pot, which we used to have, and not worry about running out of room. Enjoy! Thanks for sharing Buchko!
