Janet's Rich Banana Bread

I really did enjoy this recipe - but like others have suggested I did make a few changes and it worked out very well. I also creamed my butter with half a cup of white sugar and half a cup with brown sugar, added one teaspoon of cinnamon and half a teaspoon of nutmeg. I did mash the bananas primarily because I don't think my kids would eat it if there were slices and lastly I used the batter and made little muffins instead, easier for little hands to hold. The muffins cooked for 17 min in a 350 oven and they came out perfectly golden brown. Definitely a keeper.
