Mini Cheesecakes III
I just tried this today...must have done something wrong, but not sure what The cream cheese batter before baking was delicious, (had to taste it of course) and when I just had one after baking, it was terrible....none of the great cheese cake taste at all, very blah!!! I followed the recipe to the letter....very disappointed! glad we are not having company and it will just be me and husband eating them...

Unbelievable Squash Casserole
I have one very much like this one, 1 pkg. of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing, and use 1 lb. zucchini and 1 1/2 lbs. summer squash....cook the cubed squash & onions in boiling water with salt. drain, fold it into the soup & sour cream, (which has been mixed together. Mix the bread crumbs with melted butter, then layer half bread crumbs on bottom of 9 x 12 pan, then the squash mixture, then top with the rest of bread crumb mixture....I will try the cheese next time I make this, it is delicious....also think in summer to top it off with some fresh tomatoes under the cheese...YUM!!!!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew
didn't use thyme, and did not use the tomato past. I used 1 can of beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Next time I would like to add some nice red wine to this.....I did add the canned diced tomatoes. Also, at the very end added some leftover peas that we had from the night before for dinner. I would make again, and try the red wine.....so I did tweak it a bit....very good! s
