Baked Halibut Steaks
This was great. I made this with Tilapia fish instead (because I couldn't find halibut) and it worked out just the same. Very tender and juicy. I love garlic so I tend to season more with garlic salt too.

Easier Chicken Marsala
Very good. I would add some more seasonings (chicken seasoning) and I would add minced garlic to the butter for more flavor. Great recipe!

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken
Everyone liked this. I seasoned the chicken with a little bit of italian seasoning beforehand as well.
