Such a great way to get your veggies, and stay balance. This morning, I returned from the farmers' market with intentions of making Kale chips from the 2 bunches of fresh kale I got. However, I had a revelation of sorts. I al came back with bacon: natural, uncured and preservative free (for bacon). I cooked 2 strips and used the bacon oil rather than olive oil. My wife, the non-kale eater, is now saying we should have this dish weekly. Thank you for the recipe! It's so easy and can be done so quickly! Now, if there was only a way to do this in summer without re-heating the house...hmmm. :)
