These are great. For school mornings you could: 1.) make a ton, wrap individually, freeze, and microwave or 2.) combine enough dry ingredients to make 20+ pancakes and store in the freezer, measure what you need in the morning, mix with the right amount of wet ingredients and quickly cook them on a griddle. Much more nutritious than store-bought!
