Balsamic Chicken

This is one of my favorites. I let the chicken soak longer, usually a couple hours. I love how the sugar caramelizes when you cook the chicken and it's so moist and flavorful. We serve over rice. I could eat this every week!

Spinach Quiche

Husband thought it was just perfect with half the package of spinach. I screwed up somehow and the crust wasn't too crisp on the bottom, but a solid recipe.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Everyone loved it! Husband and daughter are already asking me to make it again. I baked it on a wire rack over a cookie sheet so the bottom of the chicken wouldn't get too soggy. Made it with this site's recipe: broccoli with garlic butter and cashews. My husband dumped the remaining sauce on top of the chicken and pasta we had on the side and said it was his second favorite meal ever.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Wow, my husband just went nuts for this! Even my 12 year old, who usually will only eat broccoli drowned in ranch dressing, liked it. I made the recipe as written and made it with oven "fried" garlic chicken and orzo pasta with butter and mozzarella cheese. My husband used the leftover sauce on top of his chicken and pasta and ate it up, begging me to make it again ASAP.

Cuban Pork

Cuban Pork Tenderloin
