Wow! I am so glad that I tried this recipe. I had never even seen spaghetti squash before and I was shocked to see that it looks just like angel hair pasta. It is a little more crunchy than real pasta but just as good. If you're like me and smother your pasta with sauce anyway, then you'll never notice the difference. And the calories you save will make the little extra effort well worth while. My squash had to bake for 45 min. Also, I added a small can of tomato paste to thicken the sauce and I substituted fresh mushrooms for the olives. Also, I did not add the boullion and I never missed it. I also used fat free cheese (doesn't melt quite right but still tastes alright). Yum! Thanks for a great recipe!!!
