Flank Steak with Avocado Salsa
Just delicious! I made this exactly by the recipe for dinner last night... tasty spices and seasoning... smelled great on the grill... tasted wonderful! (Great directions on timing for cooking the steak.)

Best Steak Marinade in Existence
Gotta say I've tried lots of marinade recipes, and I don't know whether it was this or the cut of meat, but it had us moaning and groaning at the table! Everyone agreed that the steak was perfect!

Meringue Mushrooms
These were so much fun! I only needed enough to garnish a yule log (Chocolate Decadance Yule Log from this site,) but they were so good and so REALISTIC I finished using all the meringue mixture and brought the rest to work today. (Boy, were my co-workers impressed!)
