Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Made this recipe and after reading the reviews I did make it with similar revisions. Campbell's soup makes a Cream of Mushroom and Chicken soup, I used 2 cans of that, added salt, pepper, cumin and dries parlsey flakes and used chicken broth instead of water (about 1 cup is all i needed). I didn't even stir anything! it cooked for nearly 10 hours on low only because I was gone at work for that long. When i got home, i pulled apart the chicken (so moist and just falls apart) and then stirred it for the first time. I found one can of biscuits was plenty and i just pulled them apart by hand into bit sized pieces. You need to make sure that you push the biscuits under the liquid so they get 'coated'. Took my girls to dance class and by the time we got back (90-minutes later) everything was ready. Served with some steamed veggies and it was TOTALLY AWESOME!!!

Apple Crisp II
OMG OMG OMG! Made this (topped with vanilla glaze once it cooler for about 10-15 minutes) and my family gobbled it up and the 9 x 13 pan was practically licked clean! This was fantastic and will definitely be making this one again and again. (I also did NOT add the water and the apples produced plenty of liquid to not make it too soupy - was perfect!! (I used 7 apples - combination of Gala and Granny Smith apples)
