Ok, best recipe yet! I followed exactly and loved the thin, crispy crust. I topped with pesto, caramelized red onions and chicken, mozzarella and parmesan. Yum! I will make this my go to recipe.

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2014
Wonderful and very easy. I had a larger chicken, so I just left it in the oven a little longer. Juicy and delicious! I also put in a pan of small red potatoes, garlic and sliced carrots for the last half hour and had my whole dinner finished at once!

Low Carb Jambalaya

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2014
Delicious! I used Italian sausage because that was what I had. I cut up a large chicken breast and cooked it right in the soup. I served it on polenta. My husband and I loved it! Will make it again.

Cajun Spice Mix

Love this spice mix. I rub it on fish and my husband loves it. It is hot, so take that into account while adding it to meat or fish.

Easy Pizza Sauce III

Reviewed: May 24, 2014
This sauce is so easy. I used smoked paprika and it was a mistake as it took over the flavor of the sauce. I will make it again and use regular paprika. This is a no-fuss, easy sauce. I will make it again.

Chef John's Boston Baked Beans

Reviewed: May 24, 2014
This is so delicious I have made it several times. I cook the beans first, then add the other ingredients. I use my slow cooker instead of the oven to finish off the recipe. This is my go to recipe for Boston Baked Beans!

This is the one! Perfect, delicious chicken. I used 1/2 c brown sugar and grated fresh ginger. I did bake it for one hour and lined the pan with tin foil. This will be my "go to" recipe for teriyaki chicken.

Italian Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2013
This was a delicious soup. I had to add about 4 cups of water as it was so thick. I added other pasta as I was out of macaroni. This worked fine, but turned to mush when I reheated leftovers. Best to cook pasta separately and add fresh to each cup of soup. This freezes well. I was happy to find it on a cold day!

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2013
This was so delicious! My husband asked me to make it again! I used ground turkey instead of hamburger, couldn't get the pickled ginger so I used a bit of fresh grated ginger and oops! didn't use the sesame oil. After all of this, it was still wonderful! The butter lettuce is soft and easy to fold with no cracking. The waterchestnuts added a nice crunch. Next time I will buy 2 heads of butter lettuce and hopefully can find the pickled ginger. Yum, can't wait to make it again! Charlotte
