Roasted Vegetable Soup

Made this for lunch today. Could not find the broth the recipe calls for so used the College Inn White Wine and Herb broth. Before adding the broth, sauteed the veggies with the garlic and thyme for about 10 minutes and seasoned with salt and pepper. Also, did not dice small, but in rather larger pieces. We really enjoyed this!

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

DH loved this. The butt I used was quite fatty, so spent about 30 minutes trimming it up before putting it in the slow cooker. Thank you previous reviewers. Used your suggestion and added a bottle of sauce after it was finished and kept it warm in the slow cooker. Served with coleslaw and dill pickle sandwich slices all on the buns.

Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice

Used Aidelis andouille and canned Glory red beans. Added a small can of tomato sauce and some chicken stock. Let this reduce and thicken. Excellent recipe!

Pork Tenderloin with Herb Sauce

Instead of using this for basting, we used it as a marinade then converted to a sauce to put on the pork after grilling. Added brown sugar to cut the tartness of the vinegar and used cornstarch with a little water to thicken.
