Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2012
This is a very good base for a cream of something soup...was good as a ham and potato soup. Could see it being clam chowder if you only changed the meat.. Maybe next time I will add some bacon, and mash up some of the potatoes so it isn't so chowderish.

Simple, yummy, kids and adults approved. Also easy to add little extras to, like, nuts, fruit, even chocolate chips.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2012
Light, moist, and not over powering. Good as a morning afternoon and nighttime treat. Just enough spice to know its there, not as bland as some people are saying, they must not have very good pallets.

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2008
This was such a great cookie. I actually had to cook it for 13 mins to get it fully cooked, but not over done. It was nice and chewy, and I loved the destinct chocolate flavor against the peanut butter chips. Very very good.

It is a very nice peanut butter treat. Turned out very chewy, and the chocolate was wonderfully gooey. Followed directions to the T, and they are great.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
I loved this dish, though, the thought of ground beef isn't very "asian" in my opinion, so I switched it out and chopped up some chicken. Turned out very nicely, and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

I thought this was a nice change up from the normal green bean casserole, very tastey and everyone seemed to enjoy it. The sour cream really did add a zesty kick to it.

Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2006
These were wonderful. Wasn't sure if they were gonig to turn out, seeing as I wasn't sure weather or not to let the dough rise in the bread machine or not. I opted "not", but they didn't rise for me anyway. Luckly when I baked them, that is when the magic happend. Great recipe. Thanks

I think this was a really yummy dish. I didn't really like how it seemed to be on the thin side. And it really makes a lot. Next time I will half the recipe. All in all ,it was pretty good.

Libby's® Famous Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2004
This pie was good. Didn't taste much different to me then any other pumpkin pie. I will say this. My 3 yr old made it. I helped by measuring things and helped stir every now and then. But he did it, and I enjoyed the quality time we had making this pie.

Lazy Lasagna II

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2004
I must say that this dish didn't taste much like lasagna to me. Don't get me wrong it tasted very good, and was somewhat easy to make. I will say that my two kids LOVED IT. So I think next time I make it, I will make a smaller amount, because it is a large dish for just 4 people, and its very filling.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2004
My family loved this pie, it was the first pie of 4 gone!!I used 4 granny smith, and 4 pippin apples. I lightly coated the apples with some sugar, cinnoman, and nutmeg. I also poured a little more then half the sauce onto apples before I put top crust on. Then I had just enough to coat the pie crust. Also I made this pie the night before thanksgiving, and it was just awesome!!!It kept wonderfully. And it looked Beautiful.
