Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This is a very good base for a cream of something soup...was good as a ham and potato soup. Could see it being clam chowder if you only changed the meat.. Maybe next time I will add some bacon, and mash up some of the potatoes so it isn't so chowderish.

Real Homemade Tamales

Waffles I
Simple, yummy, kids and adults approved. Also easy to add little extras to, like, nuts, fruit, even chocolate chips.
