This recipe was awesome! I got all the correct ingredients, including fresh cilantro, and the only thing that I did differently from the recipe, is I went ahead and added cilantro to the dish itself. (Depending on your stove, you make want to simmer the rice for about 35 minutes*Remember though, that when you bake it in the oven, that gives the rice extra cooking time, for it to get "done"*Also depending on your on prefrences, you may or may not need to add a little more water while your simmering the dish, depending on the texture and consistency that you prefer*). I then added the cheese to the top and I let it "brown". Then I added another layer of cheese and just cooked it long enough to melt it. Then just add the cilantro to the top for the garnish. This was actually one of the best dishes I have ever had. My husband said, "that the only bad thing aobut this dish, is that there wasn't more of it, and that this was good enough to bring to his mother's house!"
