Chicken Parmigiana

Not bad at all for my first time making it. My bread crumbs didn't want to stick very well, but I think thats because I had to defrost the chicken and it was wet from the chicken juices. I think you need to make sure it's godd and dry that way when you dip it in the egg and then into bread crumbs it will stick better.

Cabbage Roll Casserole

This was extremely good and my husband loved the fact that the cabbage was shredded up inside of the casserole, that way it didn't over power the dish. This would probally be a good way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. Really good! thanks

Dutch Leek Casserole

Some of the ingredients may sound a little weird at first, but rest assured they all come together for a tasty surprise! This dish turned out to be sooo...good! It took a little bit longer for the entire process than what the time said,but it did turn out to be extremely well worth it! This is another winner at our house.

Spanish Rice Bake

This recipe was awesome! I got all the correct ingredients, including fresh cilantro, and the only thing that I did differently from the recipe, is I went ahead and added cilantro to the dish itself. (Depending on your stove, you make want to simmer the rice for about 35 minutes*Remember though, that when you bake it in the oven, that gives the rice extra cooking time, for it to get "done"*Also depending on your on prefrences, you may or may not need to add a little more water while your simmering the dish, depending on the texture and consistency that you prefer*). I then added the cheese to the top and I let it "brown". Then I added another layer of cheese and just cooked it long enough to melt it. Then just add the cilantro to the top for the garnish. This was actually one of the best dishes I have ever had. My husband said, "that the only bad thing aobut this dish, is that there wasn't more of it, and that this was good enough to bring to his mother's house!"

Sausage Soup

This soup had a combination of ingredients that really complimented each other. My husband loved it! It's hard to make really good soup, so this was a pleasant surprise!The second time I made this it tasted ten times better and it was already good to begin with. We "kicked it up" a little and added hot Italian sausage,garlic, and a few other spices we love. I change my mine and give this a 5!
