Nuoc Cham (Vietnamese Dipping Sauce)

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2014
This is excellent! I had a whole bunch of cooked spaghetti squash and needed a bright dressing to make a salad. I followed the recipe faithfully except substituted 1/4 cup Splenda for the sugar (for a low carb option). I took a taste before refrigerating and already know its a winner.

Cauliflower Fried 'Rice'

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2015
Loved this recipes! I'm on Aitkins induction so a delicious low-carb recipe is a god-send! The only change I made was to add a small diced onion to the stir fry (because I love onion), but otherwise spot-on!

Bread Machine Honey-Oat-Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2012
I am a complete newbie to bread making and wanted to find an easy recipe to start with. This recipe is AMAZING! I have now made it twice exactly to the recipe, and each time the bread came out perfectly. I've even impressed my family and friends!

Simple Scones

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2013
Excellent recipe! I used my kitchenaid to mix in the butter, and it worked perfectly. Scones were light and cakey inside, and flaky on the outside. My son said these scones were as good as any he has made (and he's a professional chef!) Recipe worked great, it may have been a dry day as I had to add a couple tablespoons of milk to the mixture to hold together. Otherwise, this recipe is easy and product is delicious - a real keeper!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2013
This was a super easy recipe that worked perfectly! I threw in a half a cup of frozen corn with the ham and potatoes(just because I love the combination of flavors in corn, potatoes and ham), but the recipe is perfect as is. With a side salad and fresh bread, its a perfect cold weather supper.
