Mushroom Chicken Piccata

Superb! But the breading on my chicken did get mushy from cooking in the sauce. Think I'll try other suggestion of cooking chicken separately from the sauce next time.

Sirloin with Mushroom Sauce

Taste was good, but I could not get the flour/water mixtures to blend into the mushrooms/wine properly. I kep getting flour lumps that wouldn't break up....they created little dumplings! I'll try using cornstarch in leiu of the the flour mixture next time, because the taste was great!

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

Holy cow! This is SOOO good. I could eat this every night and it's incredibly easy to make. This will become a weekly staple in our home, I can tell already. The only adjustment I made was replacing the sugar with honey because we had no sugar. Worked perfectly, and perhaps, it made the sauce stick to the vegetables better than sugar would have.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Easy peasy and very good! This is seriously one if the easiest/quickest prep-time main dishes ever. Have not tweaked the recipe. It's good just as the recipe is originally written. I use the pre-diced jars of garlic for all my recipes because I'm lazy.

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Wonderfully easy. I'm a terrible cook and this recipe was easy, quick and tasted great. We eat it once a week and I make extra sauce to put over other things. I stuck to the recipe and love it just the way it is. I do keep any unused chicken broth handy until the meal is served because the mushroom sauce does thicken up pretty quickly. Add chicken broth to thin out if needed.
