About this Cook
My name is Jason Gaydos, I hail from Pittsburgh PA. I have been cooking for as long as I can remember along side my Mother and Grandmother. As of now I just cook at home for family and friends. My Son enjoys the food I prepare so that's all that counts these days.
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy cooking home cooked comfort foods, but also enjoy making high end gourmet foods. One thing I try to do, is stay clear of baking.

Cocktail Meatballs
I have made these meatballs for years, your recipe is close to my Mother's except for the lemon juice. A lot of times I just make bigger meatballs and have them for dinner along with some mashed potato's.

Banana Meatloaf
This was a pretty good meatloaf recipe. I often incorporate fruits with meat dishes all the time, especially meatloaves. I used a full cup of finely diced banana instead of 3/4 cup mashed (I enjoy seeing the fruit). Thanks for posting, will be making this again.

Brown Sugar Brownies
I found the consistency to be a little different then what I prefer in a blondie, but the over all taste was very good. Will make again.
