Cinnamon Rolls From Frozen Bread Dough - EASY

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2012
i have made these for years. they stay soft for days, if they last that long. you can use cream cheese and jam instead of butter and cinnamon in the middle for a different taste. the whipping creme is the key to these rolls. you will love them.

i don't roll it. i divide the mixture in half. form the bottom half. add the cheese, then pat out the top layer an place over the cheese. patting to put both layers to together. i do use less salt. there are lots of way to change this up.

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2013
i have made this recipe every week for years. but today i made orange rolls out of it and it was amazing. i rolled it out, added butter, orange marmalade, a litle brown sugar, and fresh nutmeg. rolled and cut and they melted in your mouth. of all the recipes out there, this one is the best!!! if its too dense, you are adding too much flour. i use 4cups with a dash more when divide into 2 loaves. it will look very sticky but will turn out very light. if its too sweet use half the sugar.

Strawberry Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2014
i use 1/4 cup less sugar, tsp of vanilla, and this time i used blueberries. really good. its so nice to use this recipe. since it uses oil, one can make it on a whim. no waiting for butter to soften.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2013
i like to add a dallop of yogurt to the batter. its not dry or crumbly and just plain awesome. oh, i do cut the sugar in half. i have used cake flour instead of reg and its a softer crumb. either way this is good.
