Banana Chip Muffins I
These are very good. I only had two ripe bananas and most of the other recipes I looked at needed three so I thought I'd try this one. After reading other reviews I decided to double to milk and choc chips and add some vanilla and cinnamon too. As well as a handfull of trail mix with dried cranberries. I just took them out of the oven and am trying one... so yummy! Will make again.

Ok so I had never made popovers before and they were super easy! I ended up putting some of the mixture in small custard dishes and the rest in my muffin pan cause I ran out of the other dishes. All of them were really good. I did like the ones in the custard dishes better because they had more of the "popover" flavor and form. I did cook them for a shorter amount of time cause I didn't want them to burn. I think I took 5-10 minutes off of each oven temp and they turned out great. I will be making these again :)

Gorgonzola Sauce
I guess I should have researched what gorgonzola cheese was before I made this dish. My boyfriend and I couldn't eat the sause because it was way too sour! I like some blue cheeses but I must not like this one.
