these taste great, but I ran into some problems. 1. do not fill these to the top! they puff up really big, making the batter overflow. it took a lot of cleaning to get it out of my oven afterwards. :P
2. always use the paper cups! these really stuck even with lots of cooking spray.
3. (this is optional) you can do half and half of brown and white sugar for the topping. I got tons of compliments on that one!
over all, if you are more experienced than I am with muffins, these turn out great!
