Mashed Potatoes with Horseradish

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2008
These mashed potatoes were delicious. Very tasty. I only had unsalted butter and used that. I added salt at the end to taste. I also used creamy horseradish. Excellent! Will make again.

Crustless Cranberry Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2007
This pie was excellent! The tartness of the cranberries, the sweetness of the almond extract and sugar all combined together for happiness in your mouth. I served it warm with slow churned ice cream on top. This dessert was a hit and was all gone, no left overs! Very easy to make and will definitely make again!

This was delicious! I made this dish into panini sandwiches. I used whole grain pita and put a piece each of chicken, mozzarella, tomato and 1 basil leaf then heated through on my sandwich press. It was awesome! I will definately make again!

Roasted Italian Herb Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2004
This was very good! I felt weird about cooking the chicken in the same marinade so I discarded the marinade and left a little just to coat the bottom of the pan. The results were perfect. I just added about another 20 minutes to the cooking and WALA! sumptuous, tender chicken!

5 Minute - Key Lime Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2004
This was very delicious and refreshing! I added the juice of one lime to the hot water, it gave the pie a nice zip! I also sprinkled lime zest on the top of the pie. My boyfriend who NEVER eats dessert, is very health wise and faithfully works out at the gym daily, had a piece and asked for seconds!!! I'm definately making this again! This pie would be great in any flavor....

Great stuffing! However, you do not need all of the water the recipe calls for. I used some chicken stock. Very good!

Hershey's ® Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2003
This has GOT to be the best chocolate mousse I've had... very rich and decadent... so smooth! I'm going to use it as a filling and/or frosting... It's magnifique! Only thing is... you must double the recipe, it only makes 2 small servings.

Roast Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2003
This recipe was great. I did however tweek it a little. I replaced vegetable oil with extra virgin olive oil and I added some cajun spices, and some dried parsley. Very good, they took a long time to cook (way over 20 minutes)but it was worth the wait!
