Tracy's Tomato Artichoke Rice Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2006
Very tasty! I've made this recipe many times as a side dish or as a vegetarian wrap. I add toasted pine nuts too. I also like adding roasted red pepper to the mix for some extra color.

Pina Colada III

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2005
I love this recipe. I often don't have all the ingredients required for other pina colada recipes, but this recipe always comes in as a great substitute. To be honest, I just stick with this one now. It's simple and yields wonderful results. I've made this many times for company and always get raves. The only thing I do different is add more ice. Thanks for a great recipe!

Roasted Potatoes with Tomatoes, Basil, and Garlic

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2005
Delicious! Five stars all the way. Tastes wonderful, and as noted below, the dish is visually appealing. I added more garlic. Didn't have as much fresh basil on hand, but I used what I had and added some dried seasonings. Came out excellent.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2005
This was my first time making cookies and they turned out great. Soft, chewey, and absolutely delicious -- even more so since they're homemade. I used M&Ms. Thanks for a great recipe.

Peas Rice

This was very tasty. Smells wonderful when cooking too! The only thing I did different was omit the sugar and add minced garlic. Thanks for sharing.

Indian Naan II

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2005
These came out well! The only thing I did different was add a bit more salt and cook them in a hot pan coated with a bit of oil. My first naan didn't bubble (perhaps too thick). I rolled the rest super thin and got excellent results.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: May 15, 2004
This was absolutely delicious. My eyes lit up from the first bite. It's simple enough to make at home and tastes like something you'd buy at a food stall in a Middle Eastern market or restaurant. I followed the recipe as is. My suggestion would be to make the cucumber sauce first to let it chill as you prepare the felafel.

Bananas Foster II

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2003
I'm not a desert person, but when I came upon this recipe I decided to give it a try cause it sounded good. I was very very impressed! The big plusses w/this recipe are that it is easy to make, and it is absolutely delicious. I didn't change anything except add a touch more rum. The combo of bananas in the cinnamon-brown sugar syrup and the icecream is fabulous.
