Easy French Toast Casserole
I used only 5 eggs for this. Came out great.and use fat free half and half. Make sure u taste mixture is right for spices because u can always add more depending on flavor. The review that said soggy didn't cook long enough. Use your own judgement may take longer.

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie
I don't like Canned milk, use milk or cream or half and half check recipes for this. Making Pumpkin Puree, i have tried several ones but the very easy one is follow instructions then boil them them till tender, cool then peel off the skin and if u have a food processor use it tell well blended. The pumpkin i had made 9 cups. Have and a great Thanksgiving. Was lucky and got my pumpkin for $ 2.00 at Walmart great price.U can use any fresh pumpkin

Marinated Flank Steak
This is what i usually use for all steak recipes as the reviews said marinate at least 24 hours or more any meat. this would be good for Chuck Roast also i'll have to try it but rinse it off first be for cooking.
