Great chicken! I doubled the jalapeno and cooked the chicken in the oven at 400. It turned out moist and delicious.

Italian Cream Cake I

Great sandwich and soo easy. MAke sure skillet/griddle is at a low enough temperature so you don't burn the bread but still melt the cheese.

Pretty good chicken - needs something else though - alittle too simple in flavor.

Easy Peach Crisp I

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2004
This is a pretty good dessert. I modified it too. I used Betty Crocker Cinnamon Swirl and 1/2 cup of sugar in the peaches. I added vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon in the peaches as well. I then used real butter on top and sprinkled 1/2 the cinnamon mix from the box over it all. I also used extra peaches. The dish had to cook longer but was a good dessert for a party or any place where you need to feed alot of people.

Great spicy dish! My husband loved it but next time I won't fry it, but either stick it in the oven for 30 minutes or put it in my george foreman grill.

Hawaiian Chicken I

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2004
My husband loved this recipe. He didn't, however, like the dipping sauce. He said the sauce was too sweet! So make the chicken forget the sauce! I made the chicken in my george foreman grill and it worked out great. Also I used a pineapple terriyaki sauce that they sold at the store.

Romano Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2004
This is the a great recipe! So easy to make and very very good! Took my chicken about 8 minutes to cook and 8 minutes to make! After I breaded the roll-up I poured the butter on top and then the remaining breadcrumb mixture. It made the dish alittle more rich and flavorful. I used honey baked ham and light swiss cheese.

Pork Chops with Dijon-Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2004
Made this recipe for my husband. It was quick, easy and delicious! I butterflied the pork chops and fried them. While I fried them I seasoned them with the bouillon and garlic salt. Then when I removed them to a plate I took the pan and poured the dijon-dill sauce into it scraping off the sides and bottom. After about a minute I served the chops with corn and the sauce slightly warmed from the pan. FANTASTIC!

Chicken Cilantro

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2004
This recipe is MEDIOCRE!! The taste is very bland and it looks almost like a green mush. I wouldn't recommend making this for company - but if you need a quick healthy dish - this isn't so bad.
