Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

Honestly, this is a hearty filling dish but nothing too spectacular. I felt it was just sort of bland, boring and nothing to shout about. Probably won't make again, though it's relatively simple.

Caramel Brownies III

What a delicious recipe - so rich and sweet. It takes more time to unwrap the caramel and melt it then the recipe states, but soo worth it!

Great taste like a fluffy lemon meringue pie, however couldn't stand the consistency. It's really a pudding not a pie, and will not harden even with hours of refrigeration! I will make it again but substitute creame cheese in place of one of the ingridents to make it more "pie-like". Enjoy.

Egg Salad I

Delicious! My husband said it was the best he'd ever had. Did have to add extra mustard and mayo to get a correct consistency. Also, I used spicy mustard not dijon.

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

Fruit Salad in Seconds

Very simple fruit salad. Not very complex, flavor wise, but a good quick dessert or side. Would probably make it again, but will try other recipes.

Pizza Pinwheels

HORRIBLE! Ths was an absolute mess. Not only to make, but to taste. I had pizza sauce squirting everywhere, the pepperonis wouldn't fit, the dough was splitting (even though I pinched it correctly), and I was so disappointed. This recipe needs some work and I wouldn't recommend making it.

Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

I followed the directions exactly and had some filling left over at the end. These aren't bad, but so fatty and greasy they lose their allure! I probably won't make them again, though everyone loved them.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST YET! I added some basil and cut back on the parsley. Also added some sugar cause it was alittle tart and some extra tomoatoes (not stewed, just crushed). I hand mashed the stewed tomatoes and really broke up the pieces. Served it with Campanelle, and was heaped with praise. Thanks!

Quick and Spicy Fish Fillets

This recipe is mediocre. I really wasn't that impressed. There are much better fish recipes like the Fisherman's Quick Fish.

Banana Pudding IV

This is very easy, very pretty and very good. Really enjoyed this dessert. I put it in a bowl and covered the top in Banana slices. Will definitely make again!

Garlic Chicken

This chicken is tender but I felt it was very bland. I even marinated it in garlic/olive oil mixture before and wasn't too impressed. Like I said, the texture is great, but the chicken needs spices.
