Blueberry French Toast

Yummy! I also made some minor modifications based upon other reviews: spread the cream cheese on the bread prior to cutting into cubes, added 1 tsp vanilla to the mixture, and sprinkled cinnamon before and after the bread layers. Instead of pouring the mixture over the bread, I put the bread directly into the mixture to make sure all the pieces were saturated. I didn't make it the night before, and it still came out great. Everybody loved it!!!

Seven Layer Dip I

This was good, but it seemed to be missing something. Maybe the salsa wasn't hot enough? If I make this again, I'll add taco seasoning to the meat when cooking it.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

Great recipe!! I made this recipe the first time three weeks ago. I had to make another batch this week since my family can't seem to stop eating them! The only thing I changed is used vanilla instead of almond flavoring. My husband suggested I add more white chocolate the next time I bake these - which I plan on doing.

Buffet Meatballs

I don't think I'll be making this one again. It was okay but not a big hit, as seemed to be lacking some sort of 'zest'. Other reviewers added ingredients to jazz this up, such as barbeque sauce or hot pepper sauce... I think this recipe is lacking that one ingredient to spice it up.

Sausage-Potato Casserole

You really HAVE to try this one. I served this for a brunch, and someone brought over a version of ham and cheese casserole too. This recipe was soooo good that everybody ate this one up and barely touched the other one. Will definitely make again. I skipped the caraway seed, by the way.

Taco Casserole

Super easy and had all the ingredients at home except the sour cream. I didn't make any alterations to the recipe, and it came out great!! Maybe next time I'll add refried beans to the bottom, but ONLY because my son likes refried beans. Thanks Debi for such an easy and yummy dinner!!!

Chicken Pesto Pizza

My friends love this recipe so much that whenever I make this recipe, I make an extra one to give away! This is a great 'starter' recipe to add whatever you like. I roll the chicken pieces in Italian breadcrumbs before cooking, add fresh sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, and fresh spinach leaves. I also substitute lots of mozzarella cheese. Always a hit.

Daddy's Fried Corn and Onions

I had a can of corn and was looking for a VERY simple recipe. This was perfect AND yummy! I also added some shredded carrots - they didn't change the taste, but they really added a lot for presentation (and probably added some nutritional value).

Potato Rosemary Rolls

These were just okay. Perhaps they were a bit heavy because my mother and mother in law took over at the last minute and decided they didn't want to take the time to make the long strips. They just put globs of the dough on the pan. So maybe that made the difference? I'll try a different roll recipe next time. And won't allow anybody else in my kitchen when I'm cooking.

Frosted Pecan Bites

I had a tray half filled with the pecans, and half filled with plain cashews. The cashews went untouched, and these were gobbled up. My father in law told me they are "Sinfully delicious".

Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach

I didn't try these in the mushrooms (don't like mushrooms). I was told these were good, but not great - thus only 4 stars. I had some filling left over and put it in an omelette the next morning, and I thought it tasted yummy.

Blue Cranberry Sauce

I've always been too afraid to eat that jelly can-shaped mold at Thanksgiving, so I have nothing to compare this to. I thought this recipe tasted good. My husband said it's definitely the best cranberry sauce he's had - if you like cranberry sauce, you'll love this recipe. Everybody at the table raved about it. I had one warm and one cold dish - they all went for the warm one.

HERB-OX® Bouillon Pork Chops with Burgundy Mushroom Sauce
