Mexican Chicken I

This was absolutely delicious. I will make this again and again. I served it with Spanish rice and tortillas. It was a big hit.

Spinach and Pasta Shells

This was really easy and really good. I thought 7 cloves of garlic seemed like a lot--but it wasn't. I used a little less than 1/2 lb of pasta and threw a tomato in at the end. Really good and simple.
