Fluffy Pancakes
Oh My God! These pancakes are awesome. I just finished making two batches and everyone said they were better then any they ever had! For those who are thinking about making this recipe, dont freak out about the vinegar and milk. It is not as bad as you think. I thought twice about it too. But I made the recipe as called and wow is it good. It does'nt make a sour taste, to me all I tasted was sweet goodness. Just try as the recipe as calls and you wont look back! Great job Kris! Thank you so much!

The taste was awesome. The only that i didnt like was that most of them are still raw on the inside. I think my oil was to high. Next time I make these, I will cook them on a lower heat. I used a ziplock bag but the dough was really hot so I put on a oven mit and used that hand to squeeze! lol They came out really good. Thanks for the recipe!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
This is an awesome cake. It came out so moist! When it said to pour the batter into the pan, mine just sort of flopped into the pan. lol It kind of scared me that I had did it wrong but the cake turned out great. So if you are wondering if you did it right when the batter flops into the pan, dont worry. Mine did the same. When eating the cake for fathers day, all i could think was that the cake needed a more chocolate flavor. I found that the flavor was almost subdued. I am going to try this recipe again with a different chocolate cake. Maybe a milk chocolate. I might add Chocolate liquor or something that will boost the flavor. Otherwise this a great recipe. Thanks.
