Turkey Veggie Meatloaf Cups
I gave this a 4 because as it's written, I think it would have been too bland. But i added a red and orange pepper and no onion or zuchinni bc it's what I had on hand. I LOVE that the turkey wasn't soaked in grease like beef meatloaf. I don't think I'll ever go back. Plenty moist and flavorful. I added salt and pepper and other seasonings and a teaspoon of garlic. We loved it this way. Great base recipe though, And couscous! Who would have thought?! It was a great addition.

Glazed Meatloaf II
This was very good if you like really sweet glaze. I measured my brown sugar on the light side, and it was just Almost too sweet, so next time I'll cut it down more. And I used 1 cup bread crumbs and put them in my muffin pan for maximum crust, but they didnt really crust up, and next time I'll definitely bake the glaze on the whole time, bc I waited 10 minutes, and it still didnt really cook on the way I prefer. And I used bread at the bottom and it stuck to my meatloaf when I pulled them out, so be careful about pushing the meat down if there's bread underneath. Will alter next time, but use as a guide. Less sugar, more Worcestershire and garlic.

Best Buttercream Frosting
I followed directions very carefully, and whipped my sugar/butter for 20+ minutes, and it was totally grainy still. I cooked the flour mixture low for about 20 minutes. went ahead and finished it, and it tasted just like flour. with a hint of sugar. i have made flour frosting before, but that one used the sugar cooked with the flour and it tasted better and texture was better.
